Enact legislation that would require companies operating in the US to employ at least 2/3's US citizens, within the divisions operating in the US, to be eligible to employ foreigners using any type of visa, within the US.
Or otherwise, would limit the number of employees working for a division of a company that operates within the US under a visa program to 33.3%. This limit applies only to employees within the US.
