require the US Congress & Executive Branch Admins to pass a Balanced Budget every year and stop all future C.R. problems

The petition is to ask that this Congress and Executive Administration Actually follow the Constitution and issue a complete and balanced budget that sets the funding for all US Government agencies and programs each and every year. Since there has not been a proper Budget issued by the current Congress and Executive Administration, the amount of Tax Revenue has been far exceeded by the amount spent by the US Government in violation of the US Constitution. We hereby request that this policy of non-compliance come to an end and the voice of the American Citizens be listened to and our Government Representatives be held accountable for their behavior while in office.
