The United States government is too far in debt. Congress puts off every budget opportunity they can and refuses bipartisanship. We the People petition the Obama Administration to require the Congress of the United States to provide a budget in which no debt is placed upon itself. They shall not provide any service, any subsidy, any defense that is not included in the balanced budget. Make every citizen responsible for themselves and their families, every community responsible for itself. Put an end to any Federal organization that is not included in the U.S. Constitution and allow states to uphold their own laws.
