Require the US government to use the same retirement and health programs as the rest of the nation.

We the people of the United States of America, hereby require that there shall be no special health or retirement programs for those serving in government positions.
We hereby require that all government officials, officers, or any other related workers be required to use the same systems, programs, healthcare, and retirement programs as the rests of the nation.
We further require that all funds held in such programs are moved to social security and that all government officials obtain their own healthcare coverage. Or that their healthcare coverage be terminated at the end of their service.
