Require the US Justice Dept to investigate all major banks for crimes committed and to pursue evidence where it leads

Created by M.C. on June 18, 2013

It is time to aggressively pursue all bank executives with criminal charges that have been surfacing for several years, but without any action by the administration. The executive branch constitutionally must pursue these criminal investigations and not simply make deals with banks who have now admitted to breaking the law on numerous occasions, causing much of the damage that has been done and continues to be done to the national and global economies.

Too big too fail should not translate into too big to jail. It is time to hold those leaders who failed in their fiduciary responsibilities to their corporations and broke US law to be held accountable. As a nation, we must not fear pursuing the richest and most influential in our country.

We must take a stand for the rule of law.
