House Financial Services Committee chairman Jeb Hensarling had a national debt clock displayed on two TVs during a recent hearing. We petition the Obama Administration to require Congress, as well as President Obama, to prominently display a US National Debt Clock, similar to the one on Sixth Avenue in Manhattan, at every Congressional and Presidential meeting and hearing. We hope that this will help raise awareness of the extent of the debt in Congress and at the Presidential level.
