Require the VA's database to communicate with the DoD's system to reverse the unacceptable increase in the backlog.

As a candidate you said we as a country owed it to our brave men & women who have sacrificed for this country a better & modernized VA. Instead the backlog has increased several thousand percent. The VA's system & DoD's system do not communicate & after a budget increase & no obstruction from Republicans the problem has only gotten worse. Fix this problem & accept nothing less from the people you tasked to fix this problem. You are the Commander in Chief & CANNOT accept this level of failure.
