This petition is intended to make the VA offer seamless health care for veterans already in the system. Currently if a veteran is in a location away from their home location and their primary physician discovers they need a test, they can not order this from a VA facility near where the Veteran is, but must either require the veteran return for the test or wait for them to return. This can dramatically affect efficiency and could affect a Veterans overall health.
