Currently the Cleveland Regional Office has claims sent to them from the Indiana Regional Office to work on instead of taking care of the veterans from the state of Ohio. Since Indiana does not have enough people to handle their veterans claims, then Congress should appropriate enough money to hire more personal for their state.
It is not fair to the 1000's of veterans in Ohio who have claims pending to have 60 plus personal strictly assigned to handling out of state claims. These personnel should be returned to handling Ohio veteran's claims.
