Personally I'm very tired of being unable to pause cutscenes in video games. We can pause movies and songs and take a break from books, why not video game cutscenes as well? Some of them are very long and I would like to be able to pause to take a bathroom break or make myself a sandwich so I may properly enjoy the cinematic experience the game is trying to provide me. I believe the only way to accomplish this is by executive order. Help me, Mr. President!
