We the people should be able to watch the actions of every police officer on Youtube. The 50 thousand body cameras to be half funded by the federal government should be provided with the requirement that the footage be uploaded to Youtube with faces blurred using Youtube's automatic face blurrer.
Internal investigators and citizen review boards have failed to hold most officers accountable. So now its time for the public at large to hold the officers paid to protect and serve them accountable. By putting the footage online anyone with internet access could watch any officer's actions and complain loudly when an officer acts inappropriately.
