Require a vote by the constituents to approve a pay raise for any member of congress or the senate.

Take control of your representative by controlling their pocketbook. Tell them if they want a pay raise the have to earn it. Make your congress person or senator ask you if they are doing a good enough job to get a raise. REMEMBER THEY WORK FOR YOU!!
