Require voters to pass a simple test proving that they understand how policy and politics work. A voter IQ test

Several street interviews were done before the 2012 Presidential Election. Most of the people interviewed had little to no political knowledge but were still going to vote. Some didn't even know we've taken down Osama bin Laden. Others thought Paul Ryan was Obama's vice presidential choice. This political ignorance was on both sides of the ticket. High voter turnout is only a good thing when people are making educated choices!!!
