Require a waiver of your 6th amendment rights if you request to be excused from Jury Duty.

I make this petition based on my own wife's request to be excused from jury duty due to religious beliefs. I served my country for 22 years to protect a persons constitutional rights. One of those rights is to a speedy trial by an impartial jury. I believe it is every Americans responsibility to serve jury duty if physically able. If you are not willing to support another citizens right, a right you yourself have and will be praying for if ever wrongfully accused of something like murder, then that request for being excused should come with a signature waiving your own right.
