require websites to CLARIFY EXACTLY what the public is agreeing to in their "TERMS OF SERVICE" agreement

Websites are slyly able to get users to agree to anything, simply by putting it in their "terms of use" or "terms of service" agreement section of their website. In reality, the vast majority of people don't actually read this jumble of lawyer speak. So, I modestly ask for some kind of regulation as to what a website can put in their terms agreement. At the very least, an outline as to what millions of users blindly agree to daily would be sufficient. We created the same regulations with credit card companies. Ever heard of the Schumer Box? The Schumer box is a summary of the costs of a credit card, requiring that terms of credit cards be clearly outlined. If we do it for credit cards, why cant we do it for the millions of people on the internet? This is a global problem in need of solving
