The budget deficit continues to rise, yet we are throwing free money out the window. Any person who is requesting government assistance should be required to pass a drug test before obtaining assistance. They should also be required to pass random monthly drug test to keep assistance. If they fail they forfeit assistance for one year. This would save so much money and fix the budget without taxing those who work hard every day.
