Require Welfare recipients that are on welfare for more than two years and have 2 children to receive a free sterilization procedure.
Once you fail to support yourself, some of your freedoms should be revoked. We should not be supporting mothers who choose to have additional children that they can not afford to support. It would be cheaper to pay for their sterilization then to pay for the kids until they are capable of providing for themselves. Not to mention the ongoing devastating mental effects that will result from improper care. Our country can not afford to continue doing this, nor is it fair to children to be brought up in this environment. Any mother in her right mind and good intentions should not want to keep bringing children into this world that she cannot support.
