Effectively immediately, we seek to require women aged 18 to 25 to register with the Selective Service System as men do. We seek all penalties which apply to men, aged 18 to 25, who fail to register with the Selective Service System to apply to women, aged 18 to 25, who similarly fail to register with the Selective Service System beginning January 1, 2020.
