Feminists are right: there is blatant inequality in our nation today. As it currently stands, only males are required to register for selective service upon turning 18 years of age, meaning that if/when the government reinstates the draft, women will have 0 chance at getting drafted to fight a war.
This is blatantly sexist and unequal treatment of women. If we are to treat women as our 100% equals, they should have every opportunity and obligation to serve their country as their y-chromosomed equals do.
