Require "work" from individuals on unemployment who do not have physical or mental disabilities.

Individuals who receive unemployment who are physically and mentally able to work should be required to work for the money they receive. Area centers should be set up (similar to work placement agencies) and those who are on unemployment would be required to report to the center and be assigned a "job". The job could be cleaning parks, roads, working at animal shelters or food banks, habitat for humanity or other services that would be of benefit. NO WORK NO PAY.
