require a year of community service, domestic or international, or military service for every senior in High School.

To better ensure that each student that graduates from High School is a well rounded, contributing member of society students should be require to give a year of their lives to something other than themselves. Each student would be required to complete one total year of community service, either internationally or domestically, or complete one year of military service before they are able to complete High School and be awarded a diploma.
