Require a yearly audit of all levels and departments of the Federal and State governments.

For to long the government has spent the tax payer money with the tax payers themselves having any idea where the money is going. We need either a mandatory federal law or an amendment requiring all departments of the federal and state governments to submit to a yearly audit of where they are spending the tax payer money, and it needs to be posted so that the entire nation can see it.
