Created by M.P. on November 15, 2012

Require Zoo’s to have more secure cages & enclosures keeping the animals in and the people out of them thus preventing accidents. Incidents and accidents where people have gotten into Animal enclosures or animals have gotten out of animal enclosures have happened at several Zoo's around the world and recently at the Pittsburgh Zoo, resulting in injury and death to animals and people. Fully enclosed animal enclosures will make such incidents far less likely if not impossible and will save the lives of both people and animals. Glass barriers, fences or bars where needed will allow the public to enjoy and view the animals while keeping the two separate. This will not only serve public safety but also protect the animals many of which may be threatened or endangered species.
