Prohibiting undocumented sales at gun shows or trade shows etc. Also to require ALL legal gun owners to obtain a Firearm Safety Training Course similar to that for Hunters Safety Training or Concealed Carry Handgun Training. The basics of Safe handling and proper safe storage. This is important for all legal gun owners whom have children as well mentally incompetent persons in a home, to use safety lock boxes/safes as well triggers locks to prohibit access.
