All persons who have entered the United States illegally will be required to register with their state of residency immediately. Deadline for registration shall be 90 days after the passage of such legislation.
Failure to register will be considered a felony and will be cause for prosecution and deportation.
Upon registration the immigrant will be required to submit:
1. Name
2. Address
3. Telephone/Cell Phone Number
4. Employer Name and Address
5. Name(s) of Any Children under the Age of 18 (registration also required)
6. Proof of Health Insurance
The registration facility will also gather:
1. Photograph
2. Fingerprints
3. DNA Sample
Costs associated with registration will be paid (by manner of registration fee) by the registrant.
