Required Therapy and Racial Justice Seminars for All State, County, and Local Police Officers

Create a bill, sign into law, and invest funds in requiring all state, county, and local police, to consistently attend therapy sessions, and attend quarterly seminars held by the NAACP in respective areas stressing racial justice / equality, in addition to racial justice training when first entering the force. Deadly and violent encounters with police via their brutality are only increasing in frequency, and public visibility, and strongly affect citizens, and the mentality of the police themselves. To not ensure the (stable) mental health, and unequivocally just collective mindset of those sworn to protect is the largest disservice we can do to our citizens, and police force.
