This is a petition to protect the constituents of our great nation, and also the states, and nation itself, from treasonous actions by our governmental officers in both federal, and state offices. I firmly believe that any person holding any government office, be required to keep the "oath of office" they take upon taking such office. If they make any action which is clearly a breech of their oath, they should immediately resign, or be removed from office. These actions should include:1 breaking any rules of the office held (failure to uphold the constitution), 2 sponsoring, or voting for any unconstitutional law, 3 failure to represent the people (sponsor or vote for laws clearly intended to benefit a private party, group, business, corporation, in an unjust way, 4 lying to constituents.
