Requirement of a federal W-2 or comparable document, as voter ID, in order to vote in federal elections

As Americans we are given the right to vote at age 18, but over the last 70 years politicians have found a way to gain votes by giving taxpayer funded monies, from hard working Americans, to those that spend life dependent on government.
This petition is to ensure that: hard working Americans have proper representation in a government payed for by their taxed income; those who do not contribute to the funding of the government should not have a say in the election of said government.
