REQUIREMENTS TO OWN AND PURCHASE A FIREARM.
1. No one may purchase or own a firearm under the age of 18. A Learners permit may be obtained at the age of 16, must be with a parent with a valid firearm license.
2. You must pass a background check, proof of valid citizenship, a written test, an eye exam, and mental exam to be able to purchase/own a firearm.
3.You must take a yearly re-certification test.
4.All firearms MUST be registered
5.All firearms will be taxed and tagged and paid ad-valorm on a yearly basis.
Firearms may only be purchased at Federally approved testing.
