Since there is no option to vote for "neither" during presidential or governor voting, we are forced to vote for one of two people (or get ridiculed by everyone for not voting).
I propose that it be mandatory for the option to vote for neither, if we, the people, believe that neither candidate is able to perform the duties of the position they are running for. Also, if a certain percentage of voters vote for "neither", both parties must renominate new party members to run for office.
