Requiring a glossary of acronyms and jargon from each agency.

Created by C.R. on November 08, 2013

Each agency needs to have a glossary of the acronyms and jargon that they use. They also need to distriubute it or give access to it to each employee, contractor, and others who will need to know how to navigate within the Federal system.
Acronyms are thrown around on a daily basis by individuals with little to no regard as to whether or not the people listening have any idea of what they're talking about. This creates a lack of clarity, confusion, and frustration. The person talking may have something important to say, but their points are lost due to using acronyms that might not be understood by others.
A simple glossary would, at the very least, allow people to look up for themselves the acronym(s) they don't remember or understand.
