to many people are on welfare. its hurting this nation and effecting the nations debt. welfare IS neccesary but should be limited to people who need it and are trying to better themselfs so that one day they would no longer require it. proof that one is making efforts to further ones education is absolute proof that he/she is looking to re-enter the labor force.
