We the People, of the United States of America, petition our government to reschedule cannabis immediately to allow medical marijuana nationwide. Cannabis is currently a schedule 1 narcotic, which makes it very difficult for any research to be done. Medical Cannabis legislation has been passed in 16 states and Washington D.C. but, it should be available to all Americans that need it. Scientific studies show that cannabis helps with nausea & vomiting (Crohn's Disease & chemotherapy), muscle spasms and tremors (Multiple Sclerosis), wasting syndrome (Aids), depression, pain relief, etc. Americans shouldn't have to resort to buying medication on the black market. This rescheduling should be done immediately before more American citizens are arrested for using a medicine that helps them.
