Reschedule Cannabis Immediately

This is a call to immediately reschedule cannabis as to make the plant fully legal for any purpose for everyone.
Since the beginning of the 20th the cannabis plant has been outlawed. From the beginning of time until the early 1900's the plant was used for medicine, food, fuel, rope, plastics, oil, along with many more resources.
Rescheduling cannabis would allow for legal testing of the plant. Citizens could have another choice for medicine. The economy could benefit from the sales while saving from the injustice of persecuting those that choose to benefit from this natural plant for its variety of uses.
