since no one wants to acknowledge that marijuana is beneficial and harmless then let's do what is fair and we all know cigarettes are dangerous and cause cancer so reschedule cigarettes to be a schedule 1 narcotic! this means they are dangerous and have no health benefits. that's only fair!
