The Obama Administration has turned down rescheduling marijuana. This means that they are not recognizing marijuana as the medicine it truly is, and are failing to consider the scientific evidence being presented. The federal government needs to wake up and take action. The people are standing up and speaking out. Now that states are realizing the positive effects of marijuana, dispensaries are opening up very rapidly. Obama's administration is RAIDING these dispensaries and taking all of the medicine, along with all medical records. Obama's Administration has even admitted that the war on drugs has failed and the solution will not come with arrests.
