Medical marijuana has been legalized in 23 states. Yet the federal government still lists marijuana as a schedule one drug. 18 members of Congress has asked your office to act in rescheduling the drug (http://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2014/02/12/18-congressmen-ask-obama-...), yet you have refused to do so. This power is clearly within your scope as president. We the people want to know why you hesitate? This petition implores you please act, and reschedule marijuana appropriately.
