Marijuana is currently classified as a class 1 substance stating it has NO MEDICAL use. It is in the same drug class as HEROINE and the punishment is just the same. Any intelligent well educated person knows the medical benefits of marijuana. Our Government needs to acknowledge these scientific findings and stop putting our citizens in jail.
