Reschedule Marijuana as at least a schedule 2 drug, so that legislation can be passed to legalize it nationally.

Marijuana is considered a schedule 1 drug by the Federal Government, which means it is ranked with heroin and crack as being highly addictive and have no medical benefit. Therefore, according to the U.S. Drug czar, he can not even consider legalizing it. So we should push the federal government to rightfully reschedule marijuana to at least a a schedule 2 drug, so that it can be legalized on national level.
