Reschedule Marijuana to Schedule Marijuana from 1 to Schedule 3

The Controlled Substance Act gives the executive branch the authority to change the schedule or the classification – of a drug. Currently Marijuana is listed under Schedule 1, the most harsh and restrictive category. You as President have the authority under current law to reschedule Marijuana to Schedule 3, the same as synthetic THC drug Marinol (Dronabinol).

Will you consider Rescheduling Marijuana, and if not why?
