Reschedule Cannabis to allow the states the ability to handle cannabis how they see fit. It also clears the way for banking by canni-businesses and banks to not have to worry about breaking all of the various laws that they currently fear breaking. There are already many States recognizing the value of medicinal cannabis, it is only right that the federal government follow the will of it's people.
