Illegal Immigrants filing IRS Tax forms using and Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) are able to fraudulently claim the Additional Child Tax Credit. Current estimates have this costing the US Tax payer up to $4.9B annually and growing. We the people urge President Barack Obama to issue an Executive Order to rescind these ITIN filers to have access to the Additional Child Tax Credit immediately.
