The second amendment to the constitution of the United States of America strictly states that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. This is as clearly stated as it can possibly get, and it means that the only way to change this, is to amend it. Which cannot be done through a senate bill, nor executive order.
I am petitioning the President to honor his oath, to defend the constitution to the best of his ability, and to rescind his executive orders, that are unconstitutional, since they infringe, and his statements encouraged others to infringe and to actually break the second amendment and their oaths.
I request the President also retract his statements publicly, And he ask all sworn public officials who swear to uphold the constitution to honor their oaths as well.
