Rescind the current government raises. Make all government raise voted upon in an election.

This applies to the Legislative, Judicial and Executive branches of government.
Rescind all current self imposed government raises. We the people should be in charge of deeming any raise necessary by a vote. NO government bodies should have the right to increase their pay when THE PEOPLE suffer.
