The Dickey-Wicker Amendment restrains the use of federal funding to support Embryonic Stem Cell Research. This has led to the wanton destruction of millions of embryos without using the precious resources they contain since its inception in 1995 under the Clinton Administration. We the people petition you, the Obama Administration, to rescind this amendment which has done nothing but enhance the suffering of millions of Americans who would otherwise have hope of living a healthy, comfortable life.
