Rescind Executive Order Adjustments of Certain Rates of Pay sections 2 (Senior Executive Service.) and 3 (Certain Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries). By rescinding these two sections Congress and Senior Executives will not receive a pay raise. By only rescinding these two sections the military and other Federals service workers will retain their pay raises.
