In summary, this is a petition asking President Obama to:
Rescind his nomination for former defense lawyer for JP Morgan executives to head the SEC.
Replace the newly resigned DOJ prosecutor Lanny Breuer with someone willing and able to competently prosecute criminal executives on Wall Street.
Turn all DOJ investigation materials over to Elizabeth Warren at the Senate Banking Commitee.
Give non-executive level employees and former employees immunity from prosecution for information that they hand over that may lead to criminal charges against executives. Give them a month to come forward. Then launch a full investigation.
Send the criminal Wall Street execs to jail.
