The current offer presented to John Boehner by President Obama is not acceptable to the American people. Allowing payroll taxes to increase for 98% of Americans is unacceptable. The American people re-elected the President to fight for the Middle Class. By allowing these taxes to increase, the President is essentially asking the Middle Class to share an unequal and unnecessary financial burden.
