Rescind Joe Biden's Statement Regarding a Sin Tax on Violent Video Games and Support our Right to Play as We Want

Created by R.R. on May 14, 2013

Today Joe Biden made a statement saying that he sees 'No Legal Reason' for why a sin tax cannot be created for violent video games.

We the people, would like the Obama administration to rescind Biden's statement and vow not to abridge our rights to play what we want to play. In recent gun control debates, people have pointed at video games to be a cause of violence, despite experts who state that they are not the cause.

Violent video games are already regulated internally by developers, publishers and distributors. Many people purchase violent video games for their children without doing any research on the game. Video games do not cause violence, people cause violence.

We would like Obama to vow to protect our right to play what we want to play instead of regulating the wrong things.
