the justice department has granted procedural immunity to George W. Bush, Richard Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice and Paul Wolfowitz in a case alleging that they planned and waged the Iraq War in violation of international law. (Case3:13-cv-01124-JST Document19-1 Filed08/20/13). this immunity is an affront to those who have lost their lives in pursuit of a non existent goal and should be rescinded. The planning and waging of the Iraq war under false pretenses constituted a "crime of aggression" under a law used in the Nuremberg trials and should be prosecuted.
